How long until I get results?

Results will vary depending on your individual body. However, those following the detox protocols can see and feel results in as little as 7 days. Those following the 21 detox can lose up to 21lbs in 3 weeks.

Why am I gaining weight no matter what I do?

Weight gain is not the issue, it is the symptom of your body needing help. We work through protocols, detoxes and even labs to find out the root cause of the weight gain.

What is an intergrative health Practitioner?

An IHP is someone who is certified to heal the body and bring it to balance so that dysfunction cannot exist in the body.

why did you become an integrative health pracitioner?

I was searching for answers to why every time I stepped on the scale I was gaining weight regardless of how much I worked out or what I ate. I had unbearable anxiety, was suffering from depression, mood swings, exhaustion and had never felt this way before. My research took me to the benefits of fasting and keto and I did drop about 10 lbs and was feeling better but I knew my body still needed more support. When I started reading about the DESTRESS Protocol and becoming an IHP it made sense. I wanted to heal myself and help other women in my situation do the same.
