My standard wellness package includes three (3) 1:1 Coaching Sessions. We will discuss your journey, what you have tried and what your biggest pain point(s) is. A plan will be created that is tailored to your needs, goals and lifestyle. During your sessions you will receive guided support, education and accountability to achieve maximum results in just 3 sessions. Each session will be scheduled about 4 weeks apart with individualized support in between via email. Your package includes two (2) 60-minute sessions and one (1) 30-minute session.

Each Lab Test comes with a 45-minute consult plus a wellness plan to overcome the deficiencies, toxicities and imbalances discovered that have you feeling less than optimal.

Group Detox Coaching is great for groups of friends, families and coworkers looking for improved energy, health, weight, sleep and mood.
